Theo Butt Philip, 27, was born and brought up in Somerset, He lives in Wells, and attended The Blue School and Lancaster University, where he studied politics and international relations and appeared on University Challenge.
After graduating he returned to Somerset, where he became active in the local community as a school governor and a credit union director. In 2007 he joined a Bath-based startup company working with local communities and developers. He is now working full time to become your next Member of Parliament.
In his spare time, Theo enjoys reading, walking, and drinking real ale. He is also learning to ride.
